Alexander Debus studied law in Trier and completed his legal clerkship in Essen and Hamm as well as a trainee programme at a state bank with focus on real estate credits, then legal adviser at a real estate subsidiary of the respective state bank. He was admitted as lawyer in 2001. 
 As a lawyer he first worked in a major international law firm in Frankfurt am Main within the real estate department and then in medium-sized law firms in Wiesbaden, specialising in tenancy and residential property law, private construction law, real estate and brokerage law and real estate transactions, as well as an in-house lawyer for an adviser in closed-end real estate funds, specialist author on tenancy law.
In 2018 he was appointed as specialist lawyer for tenancy and residential property law. Alexander Debus has been a lawyer at MOOG Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB since 01.07.2021.

Alexander Debus advises and represents private and commercial clients in residential and commercial tenancy law, residential property law, brokerage law, as well as in real estate transactions and real estate-related due diligence.
