Hannah Dechert studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Barcelona. At the University of Heidelberg she worked at a chair in civil law, labour law and corporate law.

During the legal traineeship (“Referendariat”) she worked inter alia for an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and for a medium-sized law firm in London.

Dr Dechert was admitted as a lawyer in 2018.

Since 2018 Hannah Dechert has been working for MOOG Partnerschaftsgesellschaft in Darmstadt. Her practice focuses on real estate law. Here, she advises private and commercial clients in particular in commercial tenancy law, residential property law as well as real estate transactions and real estate related due diligence. In addition, Ms Dechert advises in corporate law with regard to company formations, capital measures and company acquisitions/M&A.
