Studied law in Marburg and Frankfurt am Main. Admitted to the bar in 1983, appointed notary in 1996. In-house lawyer for Bundesfachverband Wohnungs- und Immobilienverwalter e.V. (Landesverband Hessen) 1999 - 2003. Successfully completed specialist lawyer courses in tax law and tenancy and residential property law. Lecturer for the Frankfurt Bar Association as part of legal training and several years as a member of the examination board for the notarial examination at the Federal Chamber of Notaries.

Hans-Otto Döll advises on all notarial matters relating to the drafting of contracts with a focus on real estate and property development law, extensive inheritance law arrangements and company succession.

Mr. Döll is an honorary member of the board of Haus & Grund Darmstadt e.V. and Haus & Grund Hessen e:V. He is a member of Anwaltverein Darmstadt und Südhessen e.V. and its working groups on tenancy law and lawyers’ notaries, of Deutsche Notarrechtliche Vereinigung e.V., of Haus & Grund Darmstadt e.V. and of Rotary Club Dieburg-Babenhausen.
