Dr. Hans-Peter Hüttl studied business economics in Freiberg/Saxony, followed by a position as wissenschaftlicher Assistent (scientific assistant) at the Technische Universität (University of Applied Sciences) Bergakademie Freiberg in the Department of Economics (Volkswirtschaftslehre, VWL), earning a doctorate degree.

After working for many years in industry, Hans-Peter Hüttl joined MOOG Partnerschaftsgesellschaft in 1991.

His practice concentrates on tax questions for enterprises, with business set-up or restructuring, with current and business management problems or with structuring such as, for example, successor regulations.

Included in his specialist areas are comprehensive know-how in the field of investment subsidies and investment incentives.
