Anna Kirchgäßner studied business administration and law at Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences and law in Frankfurt am Main, specializing in tax law. In addition to her studies, she worked as a research assistant in the accounting department of a tax consultancy firm and in the corporate tax law department of an international tax consultancy and auditing firm.

Ms. Kirchgäßner completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Darmstadt and spent her legal clerkship at an international commercial law firm in Frankfurt am Main.

She was admitted to the bar in 2018.

Ms. Kirchgäßner initially worked for a commercial law firm in Frankfurt am Main in civil and civil procedural law before moving back to a tax law firm in 2021.

Ms. Kirchgäßner has been working as a lawyer at MOOG Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB since 2025. Her main areas of practice include the preparation of annual financial statements under commercial and tax law, the preparation of private and business tax returns and advising medium-sized companies on all general tax matters and structuring issues.
