Michèle Klein studied law at the University of Frankfurt with a focus on labour law.

She was admitted as a lawyer in 2019.

As a syndicate lawyer, Ms Klein worked for an employers‘ association in Frankfurt, where she advised employers on labour law, social law and private building law. She also legally represented employers in dismissal lawsuits.

Since 2020 Ms Klein has been working for Moog Partnerschaftsgesellschaft in Darmstadt. In 2021/2022 she completed the theoretical part of the specialist course in labour law. 

Ms. Klein's main practice area is employment law. Here, she predominantly advises employers on all questions of individual and collective employment law. In addition to drafting employment contracts and other individual and collective agreements under employment law, Ms. Klein represents employers in dismissal lawsuits. Furthermore, she advises on labour law issues in the context of restructurings
