Michèle Müller studied law at the University of Frankfurt with a focus on labour law.

She was admitted as a lawyer in 2019.

Mrs. Müller has been working for MOOG Partnerschaftsgesellschaft in Darmstadt since 2020. She completed the theoretical part of the specialist labour law course in 2021/2022.

Mrs. Müller advises employers on individual and collective employment law as well as social law.
In addition to drafting employment contracts and other individual and collective agreements under employment law, Ms. Müller represents employers in dismissal protection proceedings.
Furthermore, Mrs. Müller advises on labour law issues in the context of restructurings.

Mrs. Müller also assists clients in status determination proceedings as well as opposition proceedings against authorities and legal action before the social courts.
