Ms Larissa Omonsky completed her legal studies in Frankfurt am Main and was admitted to the bar in 2012.
Initially she practiced law in Frankfurt with a focus on intellectual property law; since 2013 she has been working at Moog Partnerschaftsgesellschaft in Darmstadt where she specialised in labour law.
Ms Omonsky advises employers as well as employees in the fields of employment and labour law as well as business law. Since 2016 she has been working as a certified specialist in labour law.
Ms Omonsky puts a special focus on the interface between employment law and social security related legal matters. These include the obligation to pay social security contributions (including shareholders and chief executive officers), the consulting of companies to avoid bogus self-employment (Scheinselbständigkeit) and to guide clients during audits of the German pension insurance.
She assists clients with the implementation of status assessment proceedings as well as proceedings against insurers and lawsuits before the social courts.
