Ms. Ostrowicz studied business administration with a specialisation in hotel management at the Berufsakademie Ravensburg. She has many years of experience in human resources, both from industry and the NGO sector, in particular in employee support and recruitment.

Ms Ostrowicz has been working as HR Manager for MOOG Partnerschaftsgesellschaft since May 2021.
