After completing her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at Dresden University of Technology, Ms Sippel went on to study law at the University of Leipzig, specialising in commercial and corporate law.
Ms Sippel then spent five years working as a legal counsel at an international technology company. There, she supported the company’s legal development as it grew from a start-up into an international group. At the same time, she completed her legal traineeship at the Dresden Regional Court.

In February 2022, Ms Sippel was admitted to the bar. In her role as in-house counsel at a medium-sized IT consultancy firm, she advised internal stakeholders, particularly in the areas of general civil and contract law, IT law, data protection law and employment law.

Her main areas of practice at MOOG Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB are employment law, data protection law and IT law. She draws on her many years’ experience of advising businesses and understands the economic and practical requirements of business decisions from her own experience.
