Distribution is one of the most decisive key topics for the commercial success of a company. From services to heavy industry, commercial success, even with the best products, cannot be achieved without a well functioning distribution system. In this context, in addition to other factors, particularly a legally secure contract draft is crucial which takes into consideration the enforcement of one’s own interests when it really matters.

The legal range of the forms of distribution contracts in this respect include hereby a broad spectrum of possibilities, from commercial agent contracts, authorised dealer contracts and commission contracts to franchising or modern contract forms of logistics agreements and “just in time” delivery contracts.
