Moritz Schilling studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg im Breisgau followed by his doctoral thesis in 2008. Dr. Schilling was admitted as a lawyer in 2010.
He first worked for a large international law firm in Stuttgart and then for a business law firm in Frankfurt, focusing on collective employment law, termination disputes (especially during restructuring measures) and employee data protection. Since 2014 Certified Labor Law Specialist. Dr. Schilling joined Moog Partnerschaftsgesellschaft in 2015.
His main areas of practice include all questions related to labour and business law. Dr. Schilling also advises clients on data protection issues.
